For more than 25 years my songs have found a place in the hearts of Christians in Portugal. Conferences in the Algarve, Setubal, Lisbon and visits throughout the nation have seen these and other songs established in the worship life of the Portuguese Church. Way back then, Ruben and Rute were children being impacted by the new sounds of worship and the excitement of living at a time of spiritual renewal. Today, they have become well – known and significant musicians in their home country, serving in churches, appearing on TV, concerts and prolific as recording artist. ‘On Reflection’ – is Ruben & Rute, now married, honouring the songs of their spiritual journey in their inimitable ambient/jazz style.

I am truly honoured by ‘On Reflection’ – Ruben listened to my playing when he was a growing child. Now I listen to him and he plays in a way that I can only dream of emulating!
